Add printers, seats or workspaces
One printer or one person short? Add exactly that to your plan instead of moving to a bigger one.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- Open the Plan tab.
- Find Add to your plan under your usage.
- Set how many you want, press Update and confirm the new price.
- The room is there at once. The rest of this billing period is charged now; after that it is part of your plan’s bill.
Worth knowing: Printers and seats count in the workspace you add them in. Workspaces count for everything you own.
Sign in without a password
A passkey opens the workspace with Face ID, Touch ID or a security key, and cannot be phished.
- Open your account: press your name at the top of the menu, then My profile.
- In Passkeys, press Add passkey.
- Type your Current password and, if you like, a Name for the device, then press Continue.
- Confirm on your device: Face ID, Touch ID, a PIN or a security key.
- Next time, press Use passkey on the sign-in page instead of typing the password.
Worth knowing: Your password keeps working. A passkey from iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager follows you to a new phone; one on a security key does not.
Invite someone to your team
Give a helper their own login with only the access they need.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Team accounts.
- Press Invite.
- Type their Full name and Email.
- Choose the Role: Admin can do everything, Manager works with orders, stock and printers but deletes nothing, Viewer only looks.
- Press Invite. The invitation goes by email, and you also get a link to send yourself.
Worth knowing: Each plan has a number of seats, and on the free plan the only seat is yours. If the invitation fails, check the Plan tab.
Connect Nova Poshta
Lets you create waybills straight from an order, with no retyping in the Nova Poshta app.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- 1 Open the Integrations tab.
- In the Nova Poshta row, switch it on.
- Paste the API key from your Nova Poshta business account and press Save.
- In Sender, choose the city and the branch where you hand in parcels, and press Save.
- When the card says Ready to use, you can create waybills from orders.
Worth knowing: Not sure where the key is? The link next to the field leads to the right page of your Nova Poshta account. Nova Poshta is offered to workspaces in Ukraine.
Connect Shopify
Orders from your Shopify store arrive on their own, seconds after they are placed, and a cancellation there cancels the order here.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- 1 Open the Integrations tab.
- In the Shopify row, switch it on.
- Put your store address into Store address - the myshopify.com one, not your own domain.
- In Shopify, open Settings, Apps and sales channels, Develop apps, and create an app that may read orders, products and customers. Paste its Admin API access token and its API secret key here, then press Save.
- When the card says Ready to use, place a test order in your store and watch it reach the queue.
Worth knowing: Shopify shows the access token once, when you install the app. If you leave that page without copying it, revoke it and make a new one - the old one is never shown again. The API secret key sits beside it on the same page, and it is what proves an order really came from Shopify rather than from somebody who guessed your address.
Connect Squarespace
Orders from your Squarespace site are collected for you, so there is only one queue to watch.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- 1 Open the Integrations tab.
- In the Squarespace row, switch it on.
- In Squarespace, open your account settings, make an API key that may read Orders, then paste it into API key and press Save.
- When the card says Ready to use, orders start arriving. Squarespace cannot tell us the moment a sale happens, so we go and look regularly instead.
Worth knowing: The key needs the Orders permission and nothing else - we never write to your site. Commerce API keys need a paid Squarespace plan, so a trial site has none to give.
Connect Prom.ua
Orders from your Prom.ua shop are collected for you, with the buyer's phone and the delivery, so there is only one queue to watch.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- 1 Open the Integrations tab.
- In the Prom.ua row, switch it on.
- In your Prom.ua cabinet, open Settings, then API token management, make a token that may read orders, then paste it into API token and press Save.
- When the card says Ready to use, orders start arriving. Prom.ua cannot tell us the moment a sale happens, so we go and look every few minutes instead.
Worth knowing: The token needs read access to orders and nothing else - we never write to your cabinet. It runs out on the date you chose for it, and changing the password of the cabinet's owner cancels every token: either way the card will say the token was refused. Make a new one and paste it in.
Keep model files in your Google Drive
Model files stay in your own cloud; the app keeps only the name and a link.
- In the menu, open Workspace, then Settings.
- 1 Open the Integrations tab.
- 2 In File storage, press Connect next to Google Drive.
- In Google’s window, choose your account and tick the access to Drive.
- Back in the app, the row shows which account is connected.
Worth knowing: Available from the Base plan. The app sees only the files you pick, and disconnecting deletes nothing in your Drive.
Open a second workshop
A separate workshop with its own printers, stock, orders and team, under the same account.
- Press your name at the top right.
- Open Workspace.
- Press Create.
- Type the Workspace name and press Create.
- To move into it, open Workspace again and press its name.
Worth knowing: A second workshop comes with the Ultimate plan, which includes three. Switching reloads the app, so save what you are editing first.
Open a workshop of your own when you are a guest in another
You were invited into somebody else's workspace and want one that is yours, with its own plan, printers and team.
- Press your name at the top right.
- Open Workspace.
- Press Own workspace.
- Type the Workspace name and press Create. The app reloads in your own workspace.
Worth knowing: The button is there only while you own no workspace. Yours opens by default when you sign in; the ones you were invited to stay in the same menu, marked Guest.
