The short version. The Privacy Policy is the long one, and it is the one that counts.
Your printers are reached from inside your workshop
The agent runs on your own network and reads the machines there, then pushes what it read to us. The address and access code you enter are stored so that agent can reach them. The access code and API key are stored encrypted, under a key kept apart from the database and its backups.
The agent is checked before it runs
It is a single readable JavaScript file, signed by us. The installer checks that signature against our public key and refuses to run a copy we did not sign.
Each person sees what their role allows
Everyone you invite joins your workspace as an Admin, a Manager or a Viewer, and the role decides what they can see and change. Another workspace never sees yours.
Kept in Germany, backed up every night
The service and its database run on Hetzner servers in Falkenstein, Germany, and everything travels over HTTPS. The database is backed up every night, encrypted with a key held only by us and off every server, and each backup is kept for 30 days.
A drive you connect stays yours
Connect your own cloud storage and the relationship is between you and that provider, under their terms. We hold no credential for it and cannot reach anything in it beyond the files you hand the application.
A deletion waits sixty days before it is final
Orders, spools, printers, models and clients you delete go to your workspace Trash, and a paid plan can restore them from it. After 60 days they are purged for good, and the files they referenced go with them.
A workshop can erase itself
An administrator can ask for the whole workspace to be deleted, and a workspace that never got started is deleted on its own 7 days after registration.
Your data leaves with you
Orders, clients, spools, models and the warehouse export to CSV whenever you want them.
