It started as one print shop's own tool.
Andrii Driahlin started LayerFlow3D because his own 3D printing shop needed it: the queue, the spools, the customer waiting on a Friday order, and a spreadsheet that could not keep up. He then partnered with Pavel Klimenkov to make it the best it could be - one shop's own tool, built out into something other shops can run on. The two of us build it, in Ukraine, and what it does next is still decided by what a working shop needs on a working day.
We are not putting customer counts on this page yet. There are not enough of them to be worth quoting, and a number invented to fill a section is most of why pages like this one are hard to believe. What we can show you is the product: the demo workspace runs on its own data, the changelog lists every release, and the status page says what is up right now.

A small agent on any computer in your workshop talks to Bambu Lab printers over local TLS MQTT (port 8883), to Creality K1, K2, Ender 3 V3 and Hi machines over their LAN socket, and to Klipper/Moonraker and Prusa/OctoPrint machines over their HTTP APIs - your printers never leave the LAN. It reads active print status, layer progress, nozzle/bed temperatures, the spools in the AMS or CFS and fault codes, and auto-detects printer serial numbers.
Yes. Every new workspace starts on the Free plan with 14 days of Base included, so live printer telemetry is on from the first day. Free covers up to 50 customer orders per month with the full order queue, automatic job costing, spool stock tracking, warehouse and client management; telemetry stays on from the Base plan. No credit card is required to sign up.
Yes. Every workspace has a public storefront page you can put in an Instagram, Threads or Telegram bio. Buyers see the models you switched on with prices and shelf counts, pick a colour and a delivery method, and the order lands in your queue with the units reserved until you start it. The Free plan shows up to 6 items; paid plans have no cap and take pre-orders when the shelf is empty.
When you assign spools to an order and move the job to "Printing", LayerFlow3D automatically calculates the exact gram usage and updates remaining spool stock instantly so you never run out unexpectedly during a long print.
Our Warehouse module lets you log pre-printed models. When an order comes in for a stocked item, LayerFlow3D marks it as fulfilled immediately without queueing a new print job.
Your workspace is yours alone, and what each person in it can see is decided by their role. A printer access code or API key is stored so the agent on your own network can reach the machine, is used for nothing else, never leaves your workspace, and is gone the moment you clear the field. The database runs on servers in Germany and is backed up every night, encrypted with a key held off every server and kept for thirty days. Your orders, spools, models and warehouse export to CSV whenever you want them - it is your data, and you can take it with you.
