Terms of Use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

LayerFlow3D ("the Service") is operated by Indigo Dress Inc, a company registered in the United States ("we", "us"), at 1151 Walker Rd Ste 100 PMB 728, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Development work is carried out in Ukraine.

By creating a company workspace, registering an account, or accessing LayerFlow3D, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

A person who orders from a workshop's public shop page is not bound by these Terms; the sale is between that person and the workshop, on the terms the workshop states on its page. Section 4 says what a workshop takes on when it opens one.

2. User Accounts and Company Workspaces

Registering creates a dedicated company workspace, which you can use straight away. Until the email address you registered is confirmed, inviting members, opening the storefront and buying a paid plan are not available, and a workspace whose address is not confirmed within 7 days is deleted automatically with everything entered in it; we send a reminder 2 days before. The person who creates the workspace is its owner: the owner cannot be removed from the workspace by other members, and ownership does not transfer. Administrators invite members and set each one's role - administrator, manager or viewer - and every right in the Service follows the role, the plan, and the standing of the workspace's billing. A person may be a member of more than one workspace under one sign-in. Removing a member is done by an administrator; a member cannot delete their own account, and the last way to end everything is the workspace erasure in Section 8.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions performed under your workspace by its members. Sign-in is paused for a while after too many wrong passwords, and the account's address is told.

Where the Service offers it, you may sign up or sign in with a Google or Microsoft account instead of a password. Your account here is identified by its email address either way, so the same address reaches the same workspace whichever way you use, and keeping that provider account secure is then as much a part of the responsibility above as keeping a password is. An account created this way has no password until somebody sets one through the password reset on the sign-in page.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to breach data isolation or access data belonging to another workspace
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload the Service's API or telemetry channels
  • Upload images or content that infringe upon third-party intellectual property or patents
  • Use the Service to plan, price, sell or manage the production of firearms, firearm components, ammunition, explosives, or other weapons; goods whose manufacture requires a licence you do not hold; counterfeit goods; or anything else whose production or sale is unlawful where you operate or where your buyer is
  • Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract platform data without written consent
  • Record a client's or buyer's personal data you have no right to hold, or use it for anything other than their orders

Uploading model files (.gcode, .3mf, .stl) to us is switched off across the Service. Files uploaded before that change remain in your workspace. Instead, a workspace administrator may connect the workspace's own cloud storage account and attach files that live there.

Files you keep in your own cloud storage. Connecting an account is your decision and it stays yours: you must be entitled to connect it and to store there whatever you attach, and the account remains governed by your agreement with that provider. We do not store or transmit those files. The access your provider grants is limited to the files you pick yourself, and the Service uses it only to record a file's name and a link that opens it - never to read, change or delete anything. Accordingly we cannot restore, export, or remove them for you, and disconnecting the storage or deleting a print model here changes nothing in your account. Section 7 applies unchanged to the file names and links we do hold; the files themselves never enter the Service, so no licence over them is granted to us at all.

4. Your Shop Page and Your Buyers

A workspace can open a public shop page at an address of its choosing and take orders there. When you do:

  • You are the seller. Every order placed on your page is a contract between you and the buyer. We provide the page, the queue and the messages; we are not a party to the sale, we do not take a commission on it, and we do not guarantee that a buyer will pay or that a buyer is who they say.
  • The words on the page are yours. The seller name, address and tax number, the terms of sale, the returns text and the right of withdrawal shown to buyers are what you wrote, and it is your responsibility that they meet the law where you sell - consumer law in the European Union in particular expects the seller's identity and a 14-day right of withdrawal to be stated.
  • Buyers' data is yours to protect. Their names, contacts and addresses are held for you and shown only to your workspace. You answer their requests about their data; we help where Section 13 of the Privacy Policy says.
  • Payments and deliveries go through accounts you own. A payment provider or carrier you enable is connected with your own account and keys, on that provider's terms; money paid by a buyer goes to you, and a waybill is yours. We may switch a provider off for everyone when it cannot be offered any longer, and will say so on the integrations page.
  • Prices, taxes and stock are yours to keep right. The Service reserves shelf units for a waiting order for a limited time and releases them if the order is not confirmed, so that a page never sells what is gone.
  • A closed page is a 404. Only you can see your page while it is switched off; a link shared before then stops working for everyone else.

5. Reporting Abuse and Removal of Content

If you believe content hosted in the Service - a shop page included - infringes your rights or breaches Section 3, write to legal@layerflow3d.com with enough detail to identify it and a description of the problem. We review every report we receive.

We may remove content, close a shop page or suspend a workspace that breaches these Terms, and will do so without prior notice where the law requires it or where the breach is causing ongoing harm. Otherwise we will tell the workspace administrator what was removed and why, so it can be disputed or corrected.

6. Subscription Plans, Trial and Billing

The Service is offered under Free, Base ($10/mes), Pro ($25/mes), and Ultimate ($99/mes) tier plans, each about 20% cheaper per month when billed annually. Plan limits - seat counts, printer fleet connections, monthly sales, and how much of a shop page is shown - are enforced automatically by the Service.

Trial. A new workspace starts on a 14-day trial of the Base plan, with no card. When it ends the workspace returns to the Free plan and keeps everything in it; we send a reminder before that happens.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe's own checkout page and it never passes through us; Stripe charges the plan monthly or yearly, as you chose, and renews it until you cancel. An upgrade takes effect at once. A cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and nothing is refunded for the remainder.

Extra orders and sales. A workspace can buy orders beyond its plan's monthly allowance in packs starting at 10 orders for US$1, and, on a plan that takes card payments, packs of extra sales, as a one-off payment on the same Stripe checkout, without changing plan. Bought orders and sales stay valid for 12 months from the purchase, and they are used only once the plan's own allowance for the month is gone. Orders bought before packs were introduced do not expire.

Add-ons. On a paid subscription a workspace can add printers, seats and workspaces at the prices shown on the plan page, within the limits each plan sets. An add-on is a line on the same subscription: adding one charges the prorated price for the rest of the current billing period at once, and removing one credits the unused part to the next invoice. A change of plan moves add-ons to the new plan's price, reduces them to its limits and removes those it does not offer.

When a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the workspace keeps working as usual for 14 days from the first failed attempt; we tell the owner by email and in the app. If the payment has still not gone through after that, or a workspace stays above what its plan allows, the workspace keeps its data and its members keep signing in, but the rights that go beyond the Free plan are suspended until the payment is settled or the usage is brought within the plan. When a trial or a plan we granted ends and the workspace holds more seats or printers than its plan allows, it keeps working for 7 more days before that happens; a downgrade you choose yourself applies at once. We may grant a plan or sales to a workspace as a promotion, a partnership or a reward; such a grant is ours to give and to end, and carries no right to a refund or a renewal.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all proprietary data, 3D model geometries, images, product listings and customer print records you put into the Service. You grant LayerFlow3D a limited, worldwide license solely to host, transmit, format, and display your data to authorized users within your workspace and, for what you choose to put on your shop page, to the public. That licence exists to run the Service and nothing else: we do not use your content for marketing, do not share it with other customers, and do not use it to train machine-learning models. It ends when the content is deleted.

8. Deletion, Restore, and Erasure

Deleted operational records (orders, spools, printers, print models, clients) are soft-deleted and placed in your company's Trash view. Restoring a record from the Trash is part of the paid plans; on the Free plan it waits there and cannot be brought back. After 60 days they are purged permanently and any files they referenced are deleted from storage. A removed member stays in the Trash until an administrator purges it.

To terminate the account entirely, a company administrator may file a deletion request in Company Info settings. You can withdraw the request yourself while it is still open. We review it, and on approval the workspace is closed and stops being reachable; for 60 days after that it can still be restored on request, and once the 60 days pass it and everything in it are erased completely. We keep a dated, irreversible record that the erasure happened, and erased data lingers in encrypted backups for up to 30 days more - see the Privacy Policy for exactly what that record contains. An owner with more than one workspace can also delete one of them, other than their main one, themselves, confirming with their password or a passkey; the same 60 days apply.

9. Testimonials and the Reward for One

A workspace may write one testimonial about the Service. When we publish it, or pay for it without publishing, the workspace is credited with 50 sales, once, spent only after the sales its own plan allows in a month. We decide what to publish and may decline a testimonial without giving a reason; a declined testimonial earns nothing, and neither does one from a workspace on a plan we have given it free of charge, which we ask for as thanks and do not pay for. Publishing needs your separate consent and uses only the name you chose to sign with and your city and country. You may withdraw consent at any time and the quote comes down; the credit stays. A testimonial that is not your own words, or that is written for a workspace you do not run, is a breach of Section 3.

10. Referral Codes and What a Referral Pays

A workspace may ask us for a referral code, and we decide whether to issue one; we may decline without giving a reason, and a workspace holds at most one code. Anyone who signs up through your link takes 10% off Base and Pro, or 15% off Ultimate, for their first twelve months of paid subscription, applied automatically at checkout.

You are paid for an introduction twice, and each of the two once per workspace you introduce. When that workspace finishes its first order, your workspace is credited with 25 sales, spent only after the sales your own plan allows in a month. When it pays its first subscription invoice, you are credited with the value of one month of the plan it bought - held on your account until there is an invoice of yours to set it against, and paid in credit, never in cash.

A code pays for an introduction, so it does not pay for yourself: a workspace you also own, or one registered on your own email address, earns nothing. One code earns at most 20 rewards in a calendar month. A reward follows a payment that was actually made, and we may withdraw one where the payment behind it is reversed, where a workspace is refunded, or where a code is used to manufacture signups rather than to introduce real shops - which is a breach of Section 3, and we may withdraw the code itself for it. What your code has earned, and how far each introduction has got, is on the Referrals tab in your workspace.

11. Third-Party Services You Connect

Carriers, shop platforms, payment providers, a cloud storage account and a Telegram chat are connected by you, with your own account on that service and on its terms. We store the key you give us sealed, use it only to act for you on that service, and drop it when you disconnect. We are not responsible for that service's availability, prices or decisions, and a service may be withdrawn from the Service where it can no longer be offered.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LayerFlow3D disclaims all warranties, express or implied. LayerFlow3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, printer telemetry interruptions, print job delays, a buyer who does not pay, or a carrier or payment provider that fails. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

13. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. A change is published here with a new "Last updated" date; notice of material changes is sent by email to workspace administrators at least 14 days before it takes effect.

14. Contact and Legal Inquiries

These Terms are between you and Indigo Dress Inc, 1151 Walker Rd Ste 100 PMB 728, Dover, DE 19904, United States, +1 (302) 450-8715. For questions about them, write to legal@layerflow3d.com; for anything else, hello@layerflow3d.com.
